1. 14-Day Refund Right
For every paid PallasMark subscription payment, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the charge date. This right applies separately to both the initial subscription payment and every automatic renewal payment. Send your request from the email address used for the purchase to hello@pallasmark.com and include enough account or transaction information for us to identify the payment.
This guarantee does not apply to the Starter/free plan because no payment is collected. Any mandatory statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights available to you remain unaffected.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the billing period shown at checkout. If you do not want a renewal, cancel before the next billing date through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal.
Each renewal payment starts a new 14-calendar-day full-refund period from the renewal charge date. No reason is required for an eligible request made during that period. After 14 days, we will still review duplicate or erroneous charges and cases where applicable law requires a refund.
3. Cancellation and Access
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund a past payment. For cancellations scheduled at the end of a billing period, access continues until the end of that period. If a full refund is approved, access to the related paid plan may end when the refund is processed.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Payments may be processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Paddle may separately review certain live-account refund requests and may provide the customer with a credit note or confirmation when processing is complete.
After approval, the time for funds to appear depends on your bank, card network, and payment method. PallasMark cannot control financial-institution processing times.
5. Information Required
To help us process your request, include your account email address, company name, purchase or invoice date, and Paddle transaction or invoice number if available. Never send full card numbers or security codes by email.
6. Fraud and Abuse
We may request additional verification where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, unauthorized account use, or abuse of the refund process. This does not limit the 14-day refund right for initial and renewal payments made by good-faith customers or any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
7. Plan Changes and Custom Agreements
Any charge, credit, or proration for an upgrade or downgrade is shown at checkout or in the customer portal. If an Enterprise/Scale customer has a signed order form or agreement with different refund terms, those terms control, subject to mandatory law.
8. Contact
For refund or billing requests, contact hello@pallasmark.com. We will review your request within a reasonable time and tell you the outcome and any next steps.
9. Governing Law
This document is subject to two separate legal regimes: (a) for Merchants domiciled or registered within the Republic of Turkey, Turkish law applies and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Merkez) have exclusive jurisdiction. (b) for Merchants domiciled outside Turkey, the law of the State of Delaware, USA applies and the courts of Delaware (or the applicable federal courts) have jurisdiction. In both cases, mandatory statutory rights of consumers and EU/EEA users remain unaffected.
