Is the recording really tamper-proof?
Yes. Each recording is locked the moment it's made and gets a unique digital fingerprint. Change even one second and it no longer matches, so any edit is obvious — and anyone can verify it from a public link.
A buyer opened a dispute or chargeback — how do I use my proof?
Open the order and export its Evidence Dossier: a branded PDF with the video, photos, full timeline and the buyer's approval, ready to hand to the bank, marketplace or carrier.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You get full Pro access for 14 days — no card required. If you don't upgrade before it ends, you're automatically moved to the Free plan and nothing is charged.
How long is my proof stored?
Free: 90 days. All paid plans: 1 year — counted from each order's own date, so an order placed right before your renewal still keeps its full year.
What happens to my proofs if I cancel or downgrade?
Your existing proofs stay through their storage window (90 days on Free, 1 year on paid), then are removed. Any order with an open dispute, chargeback or return is kept and never deleted.
Do you offer monthly billing?
No — paid plans are billed once a year. We show the monthly-equivalent price everywhere so it's easy to compare, but the charge itself happens annually.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge or any renewal charge.
How many team members can I add?
Free: 2. Pro: 10. Business and Scale: unlimited.
Are contract templates limited by plan?
No — every plan can create unlimited contract templates, in any supported language.
