What this integration does not do
PallasMark does not manage inventory, allocate stock or create shipments in ShipHero. It reads orders so proofs bind to the right one. It also does not give your clients a login into your PallasMark account — what they receive is a verify link per proof, which is usually what they actually wanted.

Questions
Do warehouse operators each need a paid seat?
No. Operators use a role that does not consume a team seat, deliberately: charging per packer pushes warehouses toward shared logins, and a shared login destroys the one thing this product exists to establish, which is who did what.
Can I prove which facility packed an order?
Where location is available at capture it is compared against that facility's geofence and the result is stored as match, mismatch or unknown. It is recorded honestly rather than asserted, because indoor GPS drifts and a confident wrong answer is worse than an honest uncertain one.
Can my clients see the proofs without an account?
Yes, and that is the intended flow. Each proof has a public verify link you can send to a client, who can forward it to their own buyer. Nobody downstream needs a PallasMark account.
