ShipHeroOrders arrive by webhook, a reconcile pass covers the gaps, and every recording carries which facility it was taken at — the question a client asks first.

A 3PL gets accused differently from a brand. The claim is rarely "the box was empty" — it is "your warehouse packed it wrong", and it arrives from a client who is being accused by their own buyer. Answering that means producing the specific order, from the specific facility, on the specific day, quickly enough that the client never doubts you. That is a records problem before it is a video problem.
Add your ShipHero credentials once and test the connection from the dashboard before it carries real volume.
ShipHero notifies PallasMark as orders come in, with a scheduled reconcile pass re-reading the recent window so a dropped webhook does not become an unrecorded parcel.
Operators get an operator role that does not consume a team seat, so a floor of packers does not turn into a per-person bill.
Where location is available it is compared against the facility's geofence and stored honestly as match, mismatch or unknown. Indoor GPS drifts, so it is a supporting signal, never an identity check.
Every value here is a behaviour in the product, not a plan or a promise.
What this integration does not do
PallasMark does not manage inventory, allocate stock or create shipments in ShipHero. It reads orders so proofs bind to the right one. It also does not give your clients a login into your PallasMark account — what they receive is a verify link per proof, which is usually what they actually wanted.
No. Operators use a role that does not consume a team seat, deliberately: charging per packer pushes warehouses toward shared logins, and a shared login destroys the one thing this product exists to establish, which is who did what.
Where location is available at capture it is compared against that facility's geofence and the result is stored as match, mismatch or unknown. It is recorded honestly rather than asserted, because indoor GPS drifts and a confident wrong answer is worse than an honest uncertain one.
Yes, and that is the intended flow. Each proof has a public verify link you can send to a client, who can forward it to their own buyer. Nobody downstream needs a PallasMark account.
