Included in every plan
Warehouse workflows are no longer a separate module — they are part of every plan. Your capacity grows with two things: monthly record volume and the number of warehouses you run. With a single warehouse you can start on the free plan.

What the numbers mean
Annual billing only
There is no monthly plan to discount against — the yearly price is the full price. We show a monthly equivalent so you can compare it with tools that bill monthly.
14-day trial, no card
The trial starts you on Pro so you test the real workflow, not a stripped-down version. No card is asked for, and nothing is charged when it ends.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you pay and change your mind within 14 days, you get a full refund. Write to us and we handle it — no conditions to argue about.
Retention counts per order
Each proof keeps its own window from the date of its own order, not from your billing date. An order placed in the last week of your year still keeps a full 365 days. Proofs tied to an open dispute, chargeback or return are never deleted on schedule.
Pricing questions
Is there a monthly plan?
No. Paid plans are billed once a year. The monthly number next to the price is a comparison figure, not a plan you can buy.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial needs an email address only, and it puts you on Pro so you can test the real thing. Nothing is charged when it ends.
What if I change my mind after paying?
You have 14 days from payment for a full refund. Email us and we process it — you keep access until the refund is done.
How long are my proofs kept?
90 days on Free, 365 days on Pro and Business — counted from each order's own date. After that window there is a 30-day buffer before anything is deleted, and any proof attached to an open dispute, chargeback or return is kept regardless.
What does the Free plan actually include?
5 proof orders a month, 2 team seats, 1 warehouse and 90-day retention — with unlimited photos and videos per order. The recording, the seal and the public verification link are exactly the same as on the paid plans.
When do I need Scale?
Business gives you 400 proof orders a month, unlimited notifications and unlimited team seats. Scale sits above that: your monthly volume, warehouses and team capacity are set in the contract, and AI label extraction becomes unlimited. Pricing is agreed against your volume.
