The whole product: Everything PallasMark does, in one place
Eight capabilities that turn a packing video into evidence a bank, a marketplace or a carrier can review.

The whole product
Eight things it does
Roughly the order an order goes through: film it, get it agreed, watch what comes back, defend it, automate it, connect it, scale it, build on it.
- SHA-256 · public verify link
Tamper-proof video
Every recording gets a SHA-256 fingerprint and a public link anyone can use to check it.
Explore - No app for the buyer · 7 languages
Buyer approval
The buyer sees the packing video before dispatch and approves or reports a problem — on record.
Explore - Browser recording · automatic from Shopify
Return evidence
Ask the buyer to film the item before it comes back, and compare it with your packing video.
Explore - Shopify Payments dispute alerts
Chargeback evidence file
A dispute alert, then one click to a PDF or secure link with the video frames, buyer answer and timeline.
Explore - 3 buyer options · 7 return reasons
Evidence rules
Buyer review above an order value, return evidence for the reasons you choose, sector templates.
Explore - Shopify · WooCommerce write-back

In practice
See what a packing record can show
An item, its accessories and the packing sequence belong to the same order record.
What happens next
Record what is visible, complete the proof and keep sharing as a separate decision.
And the parts that quietly matter
Smaller capabilities that do not need a page of their own, but decide whether the product survives contact with a real operation.
Contracts, drafted for you
Write your shipment, returns, distance-selling or data-policy terms — or have them drafted for a chosen language and jurisdiction — then show them on the approval screen. The exact text the buyer saw is hashed together with their acceptance.
Custom fields
Add your own fields to orders and to warehouse records: text, long text, dropdown or yes/no, each with an optional hint the AI extractor can use.
Buyer notifications
E-mail, SMS and WhatsApp, sent in the buyer's language, with reminders, opt-out handling and a suppression list so nobody is messaged twice by accident.
Item-level traceability
Require media for every line item, require the captured quantity to match the order, or require a serial, IMEI or certificate number before an order can be sent for approval.
Customer history
Every buyer gets a page of their own. Someone who disputes order after order stops being a surprise the fourth time.
Roles and permissions
Owner, admin, staff and operator, with per-action permissions, invitations that expire, and a single seat count covering the whole team.
Audit log and sessions
Who changed what, and from where. A password change invalidates every token issued before it, so a removed colleague is actually removed.
Data region
Choose Turkey or the EU for your account's data, with a Data Processing Agreement, KVKK and GDPR handling, and an endpoint for data requests.
Retention that respects disputes
Proofs are purged after their retention window plus a buffer — except any order with an open dispute, chargeback or return, which is never deleted.
iOS and Android apps
Published on the App Store and Google Play, for teams who would rather not work from a browser tab on the packing bench.
QR and barcode order creation
Scan to open the right order, or create one straight from a scan where there is no store integration. Available on every plan, including Free.
Buyer pages in your brand
Every page your buyer sees carries your logo, your colour and your wording. The proof is ours; the impression is yours.
Platform facts
The mechanisms behind the pages above, gathered in one place. Plan limits are always read from your account, never from a marketing page.

Questions merchants ask
Questions about the product
Do I need all of this to get value?
No. Most stores start with recording plus the public verify link — that is the Free plan — and turn on buyer approval, evidence rules and dispute alerts as they run into the problems those solve.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes for a Shopify or WooCommerce store, with no developer. Your team records in the PallasMark app on the phones they already carry.
Does my buyer need an app or an account?
Never. Every buyer-facing flow — approval, return evidence, verification — is a link that opens in whatever browser they already have.
Which of these cost extra?
Warehouse workflows are included in every plan. Your tier sets the monthly order volume and team seats; every plan includes one active facility, with more set by agreement. Advanced features are shown in the comparison table.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. The Free plan is permanent and needs no card, and the 14-day Pro trial does not ask for one either.
Is anything here a roadmap item rather than shipped?
Everything described on these pages runs in production today. Where something genuinely is coming later — extra marketplaces, for instance — the page says so in those words.
Start with one recorded order.
Set up in five minutes and watch the whole flow run on a real order. Free, no card required.
