PallasMark is packing video software. Online sellers, warehouses and 3PLs record the packing or receiving of an order with a phone, keep the video with that order, and share it when a buyer, carrier or bank asks what happened.

PallasMark is a product of RecRam Inc., a Delaware corporation at 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A1127, Newark, DE 19711, USA. Its parent company, RecRam Yazılım A.Ş., is based in Gebze, Kocaeli, Türkiye.
What we build
- A web app for the team, and iOS and Android apps for recording at the packing table or the receiving dock.
- A Shopify app and a WooCommerce plugin, plus connections to Amazon, ShipStation and ShipHero, so orders arrive without retyping.
- Buyer approval before dispatch, return evidence requests, and dispute response packages built from the recorded proof.
- A SHA-256 fingerprint for every file, with a public link anyone can use to check it.
