One seat count, not two
Warehouse staff, office staff and admins all draw from the same seat count — there is no second number to reason about. Seats are deliberately generous so nobody is tempted to share a login, because shared logins erase the "who did this" the whole product depends on.
Geofence consistency
Captures are compared against the warehouse's own circle, so a record can be shown to have been made where it was supposed to be made.

Questions people actually ask
Is the warehouse module included in my plan?
No. It is a separate add-on bought on top of a plan, and that is deliberate: most stores will never need it, and bundling it would push its cost onto them.
Do I pay for every warehouse worker?
Each person takes one seat, whether they work in the warehouse or the office. Seats are set generously for that reason — Free includes 2, Pro 5, Business and Scale unlimited. We keep one number rather than two so "how many people can I add?" always has a straight answer.
How accurate is the label reading?
It fills the fields and the operator confirms before saving. It exists to remove typing, not to be trusted blindly.
Can a WMS read and write this data?
Yes, through warehouse-scoped API keys and warehouse webhook events — kept separate from order scopes so a WMS integration does not also receive your customer data.
