Disputes

The dispute opens. The file is already being built.

PallasMark hears about the chargeback from Stripe or Shopify Payments, pulls the sealed proof for that order, picks representative frames, and assembles a dossier for you to review and submit.

Most chargebacks are lost on effort, not on merit

You have the video somewhere. The tracking is somewhere else. The response window is short and the format is fussy, and assembling it by hand for every case costs more than the order was worth — so most merchants quietly accept the loss.

What you get

It starts without you

Stripe and Shopify Payments notify PallasMark the moment a dispute opens. The case appears with the matching order and its proofs already attached.

Frames chosen for you

Representative stills are pulled from the packing video and labelled, so a reviewer who will not watch a video still sees what went in the box.

You control what goes in

Every exhibit — each frame, the approval record, the timeline — is a checkbox. Nothing is submitted that you did not tick.

One branded PDF

The dossier exports as a PDF carrying your branding, the full timeline, the fingerprints, and a verify link the reviewer can open for themselves.

Manual by default

Automatic submission exists, but it stays off unless you switch it on. Evidence is staged for your review, never fired at the bank behind your back.

Both ends of the journey

Packing proof and return evidence are candidates for the same file, so "item not received" and "not as described" are answered through one workflow.

How it works

  1. 1

    A dispute opens

Your payment provider tells PallasMark, and the case is created with a status you can follow.

  2. 2

    Evidence is assembled

Matching proofs, labelled frames, the approval and the timeline are gathered into a package.

  3. 3

    You review and tick

Include or exclude each exhibit, then generate the PDF.

  4. 4

    Submit

Send it through, or download it for a marketplace or carrier claim instead.

Under the hood

Questions people actually ask

Does PallasMark submit evidence to the bank on my behalf?

Only if you switch that on. By default the evidence is staged for your review and nothing leaves until you approve it — an automated submission you did not see is worse than no automation at all.

Which payment providers are supported?

Stripe and Shopify Payments today. For any other provider you can still export the dossier as a PDF and upload it wherever the case actually lives.

What if the packing video is long?

The dossier carries labelled still frames as well as the video, because dispute reviewers usually work from documents rather than watching footage. You choose which frames go in.

Can I use this for a marketplace or carrier claim?

Yes. The same PDF works anywhere a human needs to see what you shipped and when.

Record every order and use it as evidence when a dispute comes up.

Set up PallasMark in 5 minutes and turn every order into evidence that wins. No credit card required.
