Each warehouse has a name, short code, address, timezone and geofence, and can carry its Shopify location id, WMS code or GS1 GLN so mapping to another system stays a mapping job.

AI label reading
Photograph the shipping label and the carrier, tracking number and reference fields are read out of it — instead of being typed from memory at the end of a shift.
Shareable proof links
Send a customer, a carrier or an insurer a link to one specific pallet record. No account needed on their side.
Operators are not billed per seat
Warehouse staff get a role that does not count against billable seats. Per-person pricing in a warehouse produces shared logins, and shared logins erase the "who did this" the whole product depends on.
Geofence consistency
Captures are compared against the facility's own circle, so a record can be shown to have been made where it was supposed to be made.

Questions people actually ask
Is the warehouse module included in my plan?
No. It is a separate add-on bought on top of a plan, and that is deliberate: most stores will never need it, and bundling it would push its cost onto them.
Do I pay for every warehouse worker?
No. Operators use a role that does not count against billable seats, up to 25 per account. Charging per person in a warehouse just produces shared logins, and shared logins erase who did what.
How accurate is the label reading?
It fills the fields and the operator confirms before saving. It exists to remove typing, not to be trusted blindly.
Can a WMS read and write this data?
Yes, through warehouse-scoped API keys and warehouse webhook events — kept separate from order scopes so a WMS integration does not also receive your customer data.
