Etsy sellers often pack one-off, personalised or small-batch orders where a wrong-item or damage claim is expensive to resolve. PallasMark gives the packing bench a consistent record while keeping the Etsy connection read-only: it does not edit listings, message buyers or change order status.
How it works

Authorise with Etsy
The connection uses Etsy's OAuth 2.0 authorization-code flow with PKCE. PallasMark never asks for an Etsy password or a copied API key.

Import paid receipts
Paid order receipts are imported from Etsy's Open API. A reconciliation pass catches receipts that arrived while a webhook or connection was unavailable.

Film while you pack
Record on the device at the packing bench and bind the proof to the Etsy receipt and transaction line where the API provides a stable id.

Use the proof where it is useful
A sealed record helps with Etsy case context, carrier damage or loss claims and internal review. It is supporting evidence, not a promise that Etsy will accept or watch a video.

What this integration does not do
PallasMark does not promise that Etsy will open a video in a case, does not replace Etsy's case process or Purchase Protection rules, and does not send buyer messages. The integration is deliberately read-only and the proof remains a supporting record.

Questions
Does Etsy guarantee that a buyer or case agent will watch the video?
No. Etsy's case and Purchase Protection processes focus on order, shipping and listing evidence. Treat the sealed proof as supporting context for a case or carrier claim, not as an automatic win.
What if my Etsy account has more than one shop?
After OAuth, PallasMark shows the shops available to the Etsy account so you can choose which one to connect. One active Etsy shop is kept per PallasMark account so order ownership stays unambiguous.
Does PallasMark change my Etsy listings or send messages?
No. The initial integration is read-only for receipts and shop context. It does not edit listings, send buyer messages or change fulfillment state.
What happens if the webhook is missed?
A scheduled reconciliation pass re-reads a recent receipt window and upserts orders idempotently. A delayed import is preferable to silently losing the order's evidence record.
