Etsy connections cannot be started by general accounts yet. When available, the integration will not replace Etsy's case process or Purchase Protection rules and will not promise that Etsy will open or accept a video.

Can I connect my Etsy shop today?
No. General Etsy shop connections are not available yet. This page is informational and does not mean the connector is open for setup.
When will Etsy integration launch?
There is no public launch date on this page. Availability will be updated when general connections open.
Can I request access to an Etsy pilot?
Contact PallasMark support to ask about current availability. A request does not guarantee pilot access or a launch date.
Should I enter my Etsy credentials in PallasMark now?
No. Do not start an Etsy connection from your account while general access is unavailable.
Is Etsy order import live for all shops?
No. General order import is not available yet. Use a live connector listed on the integrations page for supported workflows.

What Etsy order data is planned?
The planned direction is read-only access to shop context and eligible paid receipts, subject to final availability and platform permissions.
Will the planned connector write proof back to Etsy?
No write-back is promised. The current page describes a planned read-only direction; confirmed behavior will be published when the connector opens.
Will Etsy orders sync automatically when it launches?
The final event and sync behavior has not been announced. This page does not promise a schedule or a backfill of older orders.
Will Etsy import every past receipt?
No historical import behavior has been announced. Do not plan a migration until the released scope is documented.
Will proofs be linked to Etsy receipt items?
That depends on the stable identifiers available in the final connector. Item-level behavior has not been promised on this coming-soon page.
03Evidence and review
Can I record a packing video for an Etsy order now?
You can create a manual record in an available PallasMark workflow, but the Etsy connector is not generally available to associate that order automatically.
Will I be able to upload photos as well as video?
The final media scope has not been announced. This page does not promise a specific recording mode for a future Etsy connection.
Will Etsy proof links be visible in my shop account?
No such write-back is promised. The current planned scope is read-only, and a general Etsy connection is not open yet.
Will the integration approve returns or cases?
No. PallasMark will not replace Etsy’s case, return or buyer-protection process. Follow Etsy’s current rules for those actions.

No. Etsy controls its own evidence requirements and case decisions. No acceptance or outcome is promised.
Can I connect Etsy alongside another store?

How will Etsy data permissions work?
The connection is planned as read-only, but the final authorization screen and data permissions have not been published.
Will a future Etsy connection include buyer contact details?
No final field scope has been announced. Any future access will depend on Etsy permissions and the published connector scope.
