No. The 14-day trial needs an email address only, and it puts you on Pro so you can test the real thing. Nothing is charged when it ends.
You have 14 days from payment for a full refund. Email us and we process it — you keep access until the refund is done.
Current plan retention periods: 90 days. Each proof receives its own retention period when created. Custom agreements and existing proof retention periods are preserved. Proofs associated with an open dispute or return are protected from scheduled deletion.
The Free plan’s current order, team, warehouse and retention allowances are shown in the plan table above. No credit card is required.
